TKG and Tuhu Auto Reach Strategic Partnership

Recently, TKG, together with its subsidiary Bowei Electric, officially signed a business cooperation agreement with Tuhu Auto. Fan Yiming, Commercial Director of New Energy Division at Tuhu Auto, Zhang Guangyao, General Manager of TKG, and Cai Zhenwei, Person-in-Charge of TKG’s New Energy Business Line, attended the signing ceremony. This marks an in-depth expansion of bilateral cooperation in the new energy sector.

Tuhu Auto is a leading domestic online-to-offline integrated automotive aftermarket service platform and publicly listed company. It currently operates over 8,000 franchised stores domestically and overseas, covering nearly 2,000 county-level cities, making it the world's largest store network by scale. Tuhu has also established a nationwide offline service network, with mature operational strengths in end-user services such as charging pile installation and maintenance, as well as new energy vehicle servicing. TKG, meanwhile, has long focused on R&D and manufacturing of new energy supporting cables and wires, consistently upholding "Making Transmission More Reliable" as its corporate mission. Its product portfolio covers new energy vehicle cables and wire harnesses, high- and low-voltage charging pile cables, PV-storage-charging system dedicated cables and connectors, offering a complete product range backed by reliable quality assurance.

This cooperation will help both parties integrate upstream and downstream industry chains, leveraging Tuhu's service channels and TKG's competitive products to precisely match actual market demands. Together, they will provide new energy vehicle consumers with comprehensive after-sales solutions spanning from products to services, jointly seizing the tremendous growth opportunities in the new energy automotive aftermarket.
